2. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery. We may ask you to provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect to help accelerate the return process. Once approved, we will provide you with instructions for returning the damaged or defective item, and we will gladly arrange a replacement for you.

3. Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your package. We will work closely with you to arrange a return and will either send you the correct replacement item or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For safety, health, and hygiene reasons, certain items are strictly excluded from our return policy. This includes, but is not limited to, intimate apparel, underwear, swimwear, earrings, bodysuits, and any products that come into direct contact with the skin.
