Order Cancellation & Modification Policy

1. Order Modification Policy

Once an order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed, it immediately enters our automated processing system. During this window, we work efficiently to pack and dispatch your items as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery. Therefore, we highly recommend thoroughly reviewing your order details, sizing, and shipping address before finalizing your purchase.

2. Modification Requests

If you wish to make changes to your order—such as updating items, altering quantities, or changing the shipping address—please contact our customer support team as early as possible. We will do our absolute best to accommodate your request, provided that your order has not yet entered the processing phase. Please note that modifications cannot be guaranteed and are subject to the current status of the order and item availability.

3. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order entirely, please contact our customer support team immediately. Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped by our warehouse. Once an order is in production, packed, or handed over to the courier, cancellation is no longer possible. In such cases, you are welcome to return the items upon delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

4. Custom or Personalized Orders

Please note that for any personalized, custom-made, or altered items, cancellations or modifications are strictly unavailable once production has begun, as these pieces are crafted specifically to your personal specifications.

5. How to Request a Change or Cancellation

To submit a modification or cancellation request, please reach out to our customer support team via our "Contact Us" page or email us directly at harperbloomshop@gmail.com. To help us assist you rapidly, please ensure you include your Order Number and the specific details of your request in the subject line or message.

6. Refunds for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation request is successful and approved before processing or shipping, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment method. The refund will typically be processed within 7 business days. Please note that depending on your financial institution or credit card provider, it may take a few additional days for the funds to reflect on your statement.

7. Order Status Notifications

As soon as your order has been successfully modified, canceled, or shipped, you will receive an automated email notification keeping you fully updated on the status of your purchase.
